About the Role

The CRM Casino Executive is responsible for managing player relationships, retention strategies, and lifecycle marketing initiatives within the casino segment. This role focuses on maximizing player value, engagement, and long-term loyalty through the execution of targeted campaigns and data-driven decision-making. The CRM Casino Executive analyzes player behavior, segments audiences effectively, and delivers personalized communications to enhance the overall customer experience and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Design and execute player retention campaigns (bonuses, promotions, VIP offers).

• Manage segmentation of players (new, active, VIP, at-risk, churned).

• Run email, SMS, push notification, and in-app campaigns.

• Optimize player lifecycle journeys (onboarding → retention → reactivation).

• Analyze player behavior using CRM/BI tools.

• Work closely with marketing, product, and VIP teams.

• Manage loyalty programs and VIP schemes.

• Monitor bonusing cost vs revenue impact (ROI/bonus abuse control).

requirements:

1-3+ years of experience in CRM, retention, or digital marketing roles (junior to mid-level).
Previous experience in the gambling, betting, or gaming industry is a strong advantage.
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Optimove, HubSpot, or casino-specific CRM tools).
Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
Understanding of global iGaming / online casino player behavior.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools and processes.
Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and creative mindset.
Data-driven with quick decision-making ability.
Strong communication and collaboration skills; English professional working level.
