requirements:

• Good proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or other digital design tools.
• Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and design principles.
• Ability to create materials for multiple channels: digital, print, social media, DOOH, and in-app.
• Good understanding of brand identity systems and the ability to apply them consistently.
• Knowledge of file preparation for production/print (technical requirements, resolution, color profiles).
• Basic understanding of UI/UX and conversion-oriented design.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or other motion graphics tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with using generative AI tools for design (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly) within the creative workflow.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for collaboration with development teams is a plus.
• Completed higher education in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Visual Communication, or related fields (or equivalent experience demonstrated through a strong portfolio).

• Additional certifications in Adobe Creative Suite are a plus.
• Courses or certifications in branding, UI/UX design, or motion graphics are a plus.
• B2 level of English, written and spoken, required for collaboration with international teams and stakeholders.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating solid skills and versatility.
• Proven experience creating materials across multiple channels: digital, print, social media, DOOH, and in-app.
• Basic experience preparing files for production/print.
• Experience in the iGaming, betting, or digital entertainment industry is a plus.
