Founded in 2016
REI’s CEO, Ruben Ibgui, began his journey at IMO in Timișoara, driven by a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for innovation. Building on this experience and vision, he moved to Bucharest in 2016 to establish R.E.I Development Services, with the goal of creating a modern and forward-thinking company that would help shape the future of software development for the online casino and sports betting industries.
