As a BI Analyst, you’ll work closely with teams like Product, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to understand business needs, create meaningful reports, monitor KPIs, and transform complex data into clear, actionable insights.
We’re looking for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and curious who combines technical skills with strong communication and a proactive mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources;
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (e.g., KPI tracking);
- Translate business requirements into data solutions;
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data;
- Support decision-making with insights and recommendations;
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams;
requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Proficiency in SQL and data querying;
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau);
- Knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts;
- Ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders;
- Experience with Excel and data manipulation;
