About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and data-driven professional to join our team as a Senior Casino CRM Executive.

In this role, you will take the lead in strategic campaign planning and advanced segmentation to maximize customer lifetime value. You will be instrumental in shaping our player engagement strategy, managing CRM campaign execution, and using data insights to define goals, optimize performance, and support NetBet’s broader marketing objectives.

 Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly CRM campaigns (email, SMS, push, onsite messaging), with a focus on personalization and customer journey design for casino players.
  • Ensure campaigns are accurate, timely, and aligned with marketing calendars, promotions, and product launches.
  • Develop and refine segmentation strategies to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with design and content teams to brief and QA campaign assets.
  • Contribute to defining CRM KPIs and long-term engagement goals in collaboration with the CRM Manager.
  • Analyze campaign performance and player behavior data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Work with BI to develop data insights to support decision making.
  • Produce actionable insights and recommend strategic adjustments to increase retention and revenue.
  • Support A/B testing initiatives to optimize messaging, timing, and incentives.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and responsible gambling standards.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, CRM innovations and competitor tactics in retention marketing.

requirements:

  • 3-5 years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience, ideally in the iGaming/casino sector.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM tools and campaign automation.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior, lifecycle marketing, and user retention strategies.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret customer data, define strategies, and report insights.
  • Experience in setting campaign goals, KPIs, and contributing to retention strategies.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of player behavior in online casinos.
  • Optimove Experience a plus.
  • Fluency in both Romanian and English required.
