 Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards our valued customers at all times.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide excellent support.
  • Resolve product or service-related issues by identifying the problem, explaining the best solution, and ensuring resolution.
  • Understand and assess customers’ needs to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Process account cancellations or upgrades seamlessly.
  • Engage with customers through multiple channels: email, chat, and phone calls.
  • Acknowledge and address customer complaints with care and efficiency.
  • Process forms, applications, and requests with precision.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with your colleagues.
  • Work closely with the customer service manager to continuously improve our service quality.
  • Provide valuable feedback on the efficiency of our customer service process.
  • Ensure ultimate customer satisfaction through exceptional support and professionalism.

requirements:

    • Proficiency in both written and spoken Romanian; conversational level of English is a plus.
    • Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills.
    • Ability to remain calm and composed when customers are stressed or upset.
    • Customer orientation and adaptability to various personalities.
    • Previous experience in customer support.
    • Exceptional multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
    • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends:

    On-site schedule – Mon – Sun
