Responsibilities:

Performance Management & Development

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of performance management frameworks.
• Partner with managers to set clear goals, provide coaching, and support effective performance reviews.
• Identify high-potential employees and support succession planning and career development pathways.

Stakeholder Support

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all matters related to employee performance and productivity.
• Provide guidance and training to managers on performance conversations, feedback practices, and capability building.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure people strategies are aligned with business goals.

HR Strategies & Processes

• Design and implement HR initiatives that support organizational growth, change management, and cultural alignment.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to optimize learning, rewards, and engagement processes.
• Monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement, performance ratings) and recommend data-driven improvements.

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Promote a performance-driven culture built on accountability, recognition, and continuous feedback.
• Resolve employee relations issues with a focus on fairness, compliance, and positive outcomes.
• Drive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and well-being.
