About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and strategic HRBP – Learning & Growth Specialist to strengthen our people agenda with a clear focus on employee performance. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across the business to enhance workforce effectiveness, drive engagement, and implement strategies and processes that enable organizational success.

Responsibilities:
Performance Management & Development
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of performance management frameworks.
- Partner with managers to set clear goals, provide coaching, and support effective performance reviews.
- Identify high-potential employees and support succession planning and career development pathways.
Stakeholder Support
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all matters related to employee performance and productivity.
- Provide guidance and training to managers on performance conversations, feedback practices, and capability building.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure people strategies are aligned with business goals.
HR Strategies & Processes
- Design and implement HR initiatives that support organizational growth, change management, and cultural alignment.
- Partner with HR stakeholders to optimize learning, rewards, and engagement processes.
- Monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement, performance ratings) and recommend data-driven improvements.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Promote a performance-driven culture built on accountability, recognition, and continuous feedback.
- Resolve employee relations issues with a focus on fairness, compliance, and positive outcomes.
- Drive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and well-being.
requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role with a relevant focus on employee performance and organizational development.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, performance management frameworks, and change management strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and consulting skills, with the ability to engage, coach, and support stakeholders effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization, acting as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees alike.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
- High level of adaptability and resilience, with proven success in fast-moving, dynamic business environments.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and HR analytics, preferably Lattice, to track performance, engagement, and workforce data for informed decision-making.
