Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and project managers to analyze user stories and specifications and create effective test cases.
- Conduct comprehensive testing to validate software behavior across different operating systems and environments.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of testing processes, documentation, and methodologies.
- Execute regression testing and, if possible, stress testing to identify and isolate defects.
- Participate in automated testing efforts and contribute to the development of robust testing frameworks.
- Proactively report, manage, and track bugs in our applications, working closely with developers to prioritize and verify fixes.
- Support the team leader and assist in training new team members, ensuring their successful onboarding.
requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience as a Software Tester, with expertise in testing web and mobile applications.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent field.
- Proven ability to create and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring the quality of software features and functionality.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, enabling effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Passion for delivering high-quality software solutions and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and support fellow team members.
- Experience working with remote team members and a curiosity to learn and adapt to new technologies.
