Responsibilities:

• Booking supplier invoices in the accounting software, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing.
• Booking client invoices in the accounting software, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing.
• Booking payments and collections as per bank statements in the accounting system.
• Provide support for accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring proper follow-up and accurate balances.
• Perform reconciliation of supplier and clients’ accounts, and bank statements (basic level, under supervision).
• Assist in collecting expenses claims for employees on a monthly basis for month-end closing.
• Creating and updating the electronic archive for accounting documents (scanning, archiving accounting/financial documentation).
• Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records for the accounting department.
• Perform other related administrative or accounting support duties as assigned.
