Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals and growth plans.
- Ensure timely hiring by coordinating closely with internal teams and keeping recruitment efforts on track.
- Build and maintain strong talent pools while anticipating future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and team leads to understand role requirements and support them throughout the hiring process.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating assessments, extending offers, and onboarding.
- Manage recruitment operations such as maintaining candidate databases, preparing reports, and managing offer documentation.
- Provide clear and timely updates to all parties involved in the hiring process and ensure recruitment data is accurate and up to date.
requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or tech-focused environment.
- Advanced level of English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow professionally.
- Experience with market research and salary benchmarking to keep our compensation strategy competitive and aligned with the industry.
