Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve the NetBet product strategy across markets and platforms, translating commercial priorities into clear quarterly roadmap themes and measurable objectives.
• Ensure roadmap initiatives are aligned with strategic goals, market needs, customer experience and expected business value.
• Own product intake quality, validating business requests before prioritisation and ensuring clear objectives, value, KPIs, market coverage, dependencies and stakeholder alignment.
• Build strong relationships with Country Managers and business stakeholders, creating transparency around product priorities, roadmap decisions and request status.
• Manage and consolidate competing priorities across markets, identifying opportunities for platform-wide solutions where appropriate.
• Own the product contribution to key commercial metrics, including registrations, FTD conversion, deposits, retention, active users and average spend.
• Identify friction and optimisation opportunities across key customer journeys, including registration, deposits, cashier, loyalty and game discovery.
• Define success measures for product initiatives and ensure post-release performance is reviewed against expected commercial outcomes.
• Proactively identify product improvement opportunities through data, customer feedback, market trends and competitor analysis, maintaining a pipeline of validated initiatives for the roadmap.
• Drive adoption of delivered product capabilities across markets and work with Country Managers to address utilisation gaps.
• Own the overall UI/UX direction and design standards for NetBet, ensuring a consistent, intuitive and conversion-focused experience across markets, devices and key customer journeys.
• Maintain market and competitor benchmarking and use data-driven insights to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
