About the Role

As a BI Analyst, you’ll work closely with teams like Product, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to understand business needs, create meaningful reports, monitor KPIs, and transform complex data into clear, actionable insights.

We’re looking for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and curious who combines technical skills with strong communication and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities:

Follow up on all customer support requests and ensure timely resolution.
Log trouble tickets accurately and prioritize them based on urgency and issue type.
Monitor, analyze, and interpret alarms and fault indicators to identify issues, perform troubleshooting, and escalate to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Ensure uninterrupted availability of all network services.
Oversee and coordinate all network maintenance activities and related events.
Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve client and network-related issues.
Create, update, and close all tickets promptly and accurately.
Assess incidents to identify areas for improvement and escalate enhancement requirements as needed.

Solid technical skills and a genuine interest in staying updated with developments in your field
availability to work in shifts: 07:00 – 15:00, 15:00 – 23:00, 23:00 – 07:00 and 2 weekends/month
Availability to work exclusively from the office
