Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily customer reviews to identify behavioural and financial risk indicators, including signs of gambling-related harm, and take timely, evidence-based action.
• Engage customers via phone/email to complete welfare checks, discuss risk concerns, and gather required information.
• Review financial documents to assess affordability and potential harm.
• Manage real-time escalations from Customer Service (e.g., limit increases, documentation reviews, welfare checks).
• Complete Due Diligence checks for new and existing customers accurately and within SLAs.
• Maintain accurate system records and ensure documentation is uploaded and assessed on time.
• Perform PEP and sanctions screening, analyze results, and confirm or rule out matches.
• Obtain and assess Source of Funds/Source of Wealth documentation.
• Follow internal policies and UKGC-aligned guidance, collaborating with Support, Account Management, Risk, and Customer Review teams to resolve escalations efficiently.
• Use data to spot trends and contribute to continuous improvement of SG/AML processes, audits, remediation, and project work.
