About the Role

Social Media Specialist is responsible for managing and growing a company’s presence across social media platforms by creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, and driving audience engagement. The role involves planning and executing social media strategies, managing content calendars, monitoring performance metrics, and staying up to date with digital trends. Working closely with marketing, design, and other internal teams, the Social Media Specialist ensures consistent brand communication while supporting overall business and marketing objectives through impactful social media campaigns.

 Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage social media content calendars across multiple platforms.
  • Develop engaging and creative posts, captions, and digital campaigns tailored to sports and betting audiences.
  • Monitor community activity and respond to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and campaign results.
  • Collaborate closely with design, marketing, and content teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry developments.
  • Support paid social media campaigns and influencer partnership initiatives.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all communication channels.

requirements:

  • Experience managing social media platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, English advanced.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Basic graphic/video editing skills are an advantage.
  • Creativity and understanding of digital trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with scheduling and content management tools.
